I enjoy working with customers to understand their current operation/processes and finding ways to improve on that through the use of software.   In my personal life I like to play basketball, practice yoga and go hiking with my family.

I love having a chance to work on so many different elements of the software implementation process but my favorite part is coming up with an elegant solution to a problem that once seemed ugly and painful. Every day I learn something here, but becoming a clear communicator in all facets is a personal goal I have each day I come into the office. Outside the office I love new teach, basketball, music and comedy, in reverse order.

Even after spending the better part of 2 decades developing software, I still love that every day is different. Keeping up with the new and ever changing technological landscape means work is never boring, and there is always something new to learn. When not navigating technical landscapes, you can find me painting real ones as a local pastel artist (landscapes and animal portraits) and walking dogs as a volunteer at our local SPCA.

I thoroughly enjoy working on projects that challenge me to come up with creative solutions to fix an issue or write custom code that when completed will help our customers improve their day to day operations.  Through working on a variety of projects I am able to learn about the industries our customers are in and make suggestions that can lead to improved functionality of pieces of their custom application.  When not working I enjoy spending time with my wife and two sons as well as camping, fishing and hiking.

Skyler Dodge- Developer

What I enjoy most about coming to work is the ability to add my personal input and specific expertise into a system that is constantly improving. Even bug fixes become an opportunity to think outside the box and find a viable solution that doesn't just band-aid the problem, but rather looks toward the future to help enhance and stabilize the application as a whole. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, volunteering in my local church's youth group, and playing a variety of musical instruments.

Kyle Fritz- Developer

My favorite part of work is when I am given a customer request and I have to come up with the technical solution to implement that request. I like the challenge of coming up with a solution in a timely manner while still maintaining a high level of readability, performance and maintainability in the code that I write. When I am not in the office, I enjoy soccer, golf, bike riding and yoga.

Susan Ganzer- Senior Support Manager & Implementation Specialist

Every customer gives me a peek into how a different industry handles their day to day business.  I’ve been able to work with system customization for purchasing, sales and inventory to financial month end closures with our customers , it’s the variety of processes that make my job interesting.  Outside of the office I can be found walking, checking out local entertainment, reading, tutoring, doing arts and crafts and taking care of my pets.

BreeAnn Beatty- VP of Marketing/Sales & Implementation Manager

I have enjoyed an opportunity to enter into a new field that I other wise may have never saw myself being apart of. Each day gives me an opportunity to learn something new from custom programming, networking, and support.  I also enjoy playing softball on a local softball team and love venturing into undiscovered parts of the Hudson Valley.

Every day at work is different which keeps it interesting. I really enjoy talking with customers and its particularly rewarding if I can solve their support issues! Outside of work, I thoroughly enjoy my five grandchildren!

ITA: Import Tracking App

"Import App"

Yes, I recommend this app.

QuickBooks alone doesn't have robust inventory tracking, and while there are a variety of apps for inventory for retail, ITA is the only app I know of that can do transit inventory tracking with a whole lot of other features that can make life a lot easier. The real time international services is an added bonus, and that it works with customs forms and others is also very helpful.

Grapes: The Wine App

Yes, I recommend this app.

"Grape App"

June 5, 2015

The simplicity of this app is a huge benefit. It is an easy to use data base for the wine industry. It would provide a system for those smaller wineries that either can not afford nor want a large system. One can add fields easily and customize them. It would be nice to have some additional help documentation especially on how it integrates with QuickBooks. Is it possible to modify this to other liquid industries (malt beverages, etc.)
